What are your products made from?

All of our products are 3D printed using PLA (Polylactic Acid), a plant-based material made from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugarcane. PLA is lightweight, durable, and ideal for creating detailed learning and sensory play resources.

Are your products safe for children?

Our products are designed for play and learning, however they should always be used under adult supervision. Some items may contain small parts and are generally recommended for children aged 3 years and over unless otherwise stated.

Are the products food safe?

Our items are designed for playdough and sensory play. While PLA itself is plant-based, our products are not certified food-safe, so we recommend they are not used with food intended for consumption.

How do I clean the products?

To clean your items:

  • Wash with warm soapy water

  • Dry thoroughly after cleaning

  • Do not place in the dishwasher or microwave

Can the products go outside?

Our products can be used outdoors for play, but they should not be left in direct sunlight or high heat for extended periods as PLA can soften in extreme temperatures.

Why do I see lines on the products?

Because our products are 3D printed, you may notice small layer lines or slight variations. This is a normal part of the 3D printing process and makes each piece unique.

How long does it take to make my order?

Most items are made to order, so please allow approximately 3–5 business days for production before shipping.

Do you offer postage?

Yes. We offer local delivery and postage Australia-wide. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the size and number of items in your order.

How do I place an order on the website?

Ordering through our website is simple. Browse our range of 3D printed sensory play resources, playdough cutters, and trays, add the items you would like to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to enter your contact details, shipping address, and payment information to complete your order.

Are your items made to order?

Yes. Most of our products are made to order in our home workshop, which allows us to ensure each item is carefully printed and checked before being sent to you. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. When your order has been shipped, you will also receive a shipping confirmation.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments can be made securely through the website using the available checkout payment options. These may include debit/credit cards and other secure online payment services depending on the checkout platform.
